Development · Evolving reference

FileTimestampChange

Owns a paired access/modification timestamp update. Both fields are validated before one native operation. Keep/Keep changes nothing for a live owner. This does not promise a transaction with ownership, mode or other metadata changes. Changed/Created are observed timestamps, not freely writable portable fields. Values own no external state and allocate nothing; shared mutation requires synchronization.
