LinkPolicy

Controls final-component symbolic-link selection on path operations. NoFollow rejects non-root trailing separators as InvalidInput rather than following the intended final link as an intermediate component. No trimming or normalization occurs. Intermediate components still resolve normally. This is not sandboxing. Follow selects the target; NoFollow metadata observes the link itself while data/directory opens reject it. Native exclusive creation still rejects an existing name. Values own no resource and allocate nothing.
