PosixFileMetadata

Owns explicit POSIX identity, ownership and mode metadata. Numeric IDs are scoped to the provider/host namespace; no account lookup is performed. Device/Inode identify an object during its native lifetime, not a globally unique identity after deletion/reuse or across providers. This value retains no resource and allocates nothing. Shared mutation needs synchronization.
