Compiler & tooling
One language. A shared compilation path.
Compiler workflows
snc is the standalone Sn compiler. Its workflows include semantic checking, in-process JIT execution, and ahead-of-time native binaries. Exact command-line options are version-dependent; use the help included in the distributed toolchain.
Backend
The compiler uses a typed SnIR boundary and LLVM code generation. A shared frontend keeps language semantics consistent across AOT and JIT workflows.
Editor support
The project includes the compiler-backed snls language server and a repository-owned VS Code integration. Editor readiness is tracked separately from language feature design; highlighting alone is not proof of full language support.
