PosixAclEntry

Owns one semantic POSIX permission entry without native encoding. Canonical policy order is Owner, ascending unique User IDs, OwningGroup, ascending unique Group IDs, optional Mask, Other. Owner, OwningGroup and Other occur exactly once; named identities require a Mask. The mask limits named users and owning/named groups, never Owner or Other. Entries allocate nothing, retain no file and grant no access by construction. Numeric IDs are interpreted by the selected provider/identity namespace, not resolved as names. Shared mutation requires synchronization. Policies are not Windows ACLs or promises about effective caller access; kernel/filesystem policy remains authoritative.
